To give you a bit of context, EOR in Africa has two primary solutions we offer, talent scouting services for major projects across Africa (expats and locals), and Employer of Record (EOR) or Professional Employer Organisational (PEO) solutions for expansion into new markets or to simply get skills employed and feet on the ground (fast and at affordable rates that make project planning and budgeting a breeze). Most of our clients turn to us because we cover territories, they may not necessarily have a registered entity in or where they cannot handle labour requirements and or payroll themselves – that’s when they call us in. And it doesn’t just stop there, we are all about mobilising teams, from support with visa and permits right through to onboarding project-based skills as well as handling HR and statutory compliance and the hiring and firing of staff – all the things technical results driven O&M Directors shouldn’t be spending their time on!
