At EOR in Africa, we focus on providing solutions for EOR, PEO, and Payroll services, helping businesses navigate the complexities of employment across the continent. Our mission goes beyond just service delivery – it’s about making sure our clients have the legal compliance and employee relationship management support they need to thrive.

We’re searching for a Talent Consultant who understands the importance of tailored, strategic solutions. To thrive with us, you’ll need at least 2 –3 years of experience in recruitment or sales and a bachelor’s degree. Exceptional communication skills are a must, as you'll be engaging with clients and candidates across multiple African regions. A proactive, goal-driven approach will help you build meaningful connections with clients and candidates alike. You will need to be strong-minded and capable to work independently.

Our ideal consultant is someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment – and has a knack for engaging with people, whether it’s across different cultures or digital channels. You’ll need an eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality service – if “quality over quantity” is something you believe in, you'll fit in perfectly with us.
