Our Step-by-Step Process
Detailed Job Analysis
EOR-in-Africa will conduct an in-depth analysis of your requirements and develop a sourcing matrix based on the required technical skills, experience, and cultural fit
Sign T&C’s
You sign off on our T&C’s.
We then scope the mandate into our workflow, remaining cognisant of the urgency of the role and the required engagement.
Candidate Sourcing
Equipped with a thorough understanding of your needs, our team begins sourcing, screening and interviewing the candidates.
Submission of CV’s to Client
After candidates are successfully screened, our team creates a comprehensive but detailed CV for your review.
Expect between 3 – 5 candidates CV’s to be submitted to you.
Candidate Review
Before we continue to the next stage of the process, our team conducts a feedback session with your hiring team in the form of a quick call.
Interviews
EOR in Africa will arrange as many interviews as your team requires to make an educated hiring decision. We will conduct employment references, qualifications, ID and credit checks prior to receipt of an offer.
Offer & Placement
Once you know which candidate is the perfect asset for your team, you sent our team the offer. As direct candidate contact throughout the recruitment process, we will present the offer on your behalf.
